Roberto De Zerbi has been named Premier League Manager of the Month for October after a superb start to his tenure as Brighton manager.
The Italian has won four of his first seven Premier League games in charge, including victories over Chelsea and Arsenal.
De Zerbi's Brighton side are currently seventh in the Premier League table, just two points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
The Italian manager has been praised for his attacking style of play and his ability to get the best out of his players.
De Zerbi said he was "honoured" to receive the award and thanked his players and staff for their hard work.
"I am very happy to receive this award, but it is not just for me," De Zerbi said.
"It is for my players, who have worked so hard, and for my staff, who have been brilliant."
